- 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- salt and pepper
How To Make paprika steak oven fries

Step 1Scrub the potatoes and cut them in half then into wedges. Preheat oven 450 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with foil. Spray cooking spray on foil

Step 2Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the oil, paprika, salt & pepper.

Step 3Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared pan. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes until browned then turn and roast again until the other side is browned. Serve immediately
