Ingredients For paprika browned potatoes

6 mdpotatoes, peeled

1/2 call purpose flour

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspground white pepper

3 Tbspcanola oil
How To Make paprika browned potatoes

1Cut the potatoes into wedges. In a ziploc, combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and shake until thoroughly coated.

2Heat the oil in a large skillet (cast iron works best!). Fry the potatoes until they are browned and soft in the middle. At medium heat, this will take about 20 minutes. Serve immediately
