Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil

How To Make paprika browned potatoes

  • Step 1
    Cut the potatoes into wedges. In a ziploc, combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and shake until thoroughly coated.
  • Step 2
    Heat the oil in a large skillet (cast iron works best!). Fry the potatoes until they are browned and soft in the middle. At medium heat, this will take about 20 minutes. Serve immediately
