Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make paprika browned potatoes

Step 1Cut the potatoes into wedges. In a ziploc, combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and shake until thoroughly coated.

Step 2Heat the oil in a large skillet (cast iron works best!). Fry the potatoes until they are browned and soft in the middle. At medium heat, this will take about 20 minutes. Serve immediately
