These potatoes are really easy, quick and delicious! My husband and I are big garlic and onion lovers, and I tend to go heavy on the seasonings. You may want to add more seasonings, or cut back depending on how you like your food. These go great with just about everything!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • - paprika
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and herb mrs. dash seasoning (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion and herb mrs. dash seasoning (optional)
  • 1/4 cup land o lakes garlic butter or you can use regular butter

How To Make oven roasted potatoes

  • Step 1
    Wash potatoes and slice in 1/4 inch slices. In a small sauce pan, melt butter and add seasonings. Place potatoes in a resealable plastic bag and pour in butter mixture. Seal bad and toss well until each potato slice is well coated. Pour potatoes and any remaining butter mix in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika and stir, sprinkle more paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are cook completely, usually about 45 minutes or so. Twice during baking time, stir the potatoes to keep the bottom slices from burning. Baking time may vary with your oven.
