Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds baking potatoes, peeled or with skin on, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon favorite seasoning. such as creole seasoning
How To Make oven fries

Step 1Preheat oven 450 F. Spray a non-stick baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, salt, and sugar with cold water to cover. Soak for 15 minutes, drain and blot dry.

Step 3In another large bowl toss the potatoes with oil and your favorite seasonings. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake, turning the potatoes over as they brown until cooked trough and crisp, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and perpper
