I got this out of a weight watcher cook book.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds baking potatoes, peeled or with skin on, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon favorite seasoning. such as creole seasoning

How To Make oven fries

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 450 F. Spray a non-stick baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, salt, and sugar with cold water to cover. Soak for 15 minutes, drain and blot dry.
  • Step 3
    In another large bowl toss the potatoes with oil and your favorite seasonings. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake, turning the potatoes over as they brown until cooked trough and crisp, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and perpper
