I love this recipe i cook it atleast 1-2 times a week it is my favorite and everyone i cook them for loves them as well

  • 1 bag(s)
    red potatoes, small
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
    onion powder
  • ·
    oregano, dried
  • ·
    thyme, dried
  • ·
    basil, dried
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    olive oil

How to Make oven brown red potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. cut up red potatoes in to small chunks then put them on a cookie sheet
  2. then sprinkle garlic powder,onion powder,oregano,thyme and basil on to potatoes
  3. then melt butter then when melted them pour over potatoes and make sure all potatoes get covered then do the same with with the olive oil
  4. Then put in the oven at 350 degrees and bake them till they are golden brown i would say between 30-45 min depending on how much potatoes you use and if you make a large amount you may need more butter and olive oil to be able to coat them all the way
