How To Make oven baked potatoes

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Prick them several times with the tines of a fork. Rub with oil and generously with sea salt.

3Carefully place right on the oven rack. Bake until fork tender or until the internal temperature reaches 210 degrees; approximately 45-60 minutes.
