Ingredients
- 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- fresh grated orange zest
- salt and pepper
How To Make orange mashed potatoes

Step 1Add the potatoes to a pot of boiling salted water. Cook about 30 minutes.

Step 2Drain and put through a ricer.

Step 3Mix the potatoes with the butter, creme fraiche, and orange juice.

Step 4Season with salt and pepper and serve with fresh orange zest.
