This one's so simple I'm hesitant to post it. But, on the other hand, it's so good that it needs to be shared.

How to Make Onion-flavored baked potatoes


  1. Cut potatoes into quarters, put into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add a small amount of olive oil, just enough to coat all potatoes, toss well.
  3. Add a packet (or less, depending on amount of potatoes)of dry onion soup mix. Toss, coating all potatoes.
  4. Place in a flat pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir ocassionally.
