I always smile and pat myself on the back over these "taters". Anyone who has ever eaten them always see's me and the first thing out of their mouth is "when are you making Gina Ranch Taters??" I started making these way to many years ago so my kids would eat a "tater" other then a French Fry! Liquid Ranch Dressing is the key to these yummy little guys! I use my homemade Ranch but have used everything from the cheapest to the most expensive and they always come out just as good! For a new twist on the powdered version give these a try! Super flavorful but add BACON to bump that flavor!!
