I always smile and pat myself on the back over these "taters". Anyone who has ever eaten them always see's me and the first thing out of their mouth is "when are you making Gina Ranch Taters??" I started making these way to many years ago so my kids would eat a "tater" other then a French Fry! Liquid Ranch Dressing is the key to these yummy little guys! I use my homemade Ranch but have used everything from the cheapest to the most expensive and they always come out just as good! For a new twist on the powdered version give these a try! Super flavorful but add BACON to bump that flavor!!

How to Make OMG (Oh My Gina) Ranch Taters

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degree
  2. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (or what size is big enough to have potatoes cover the bottom)
  3. Wash and cube potatoes (around 1 inch size) add to prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle garlic on
  5. Melt 1/4 stick of butter (more or none if you like) and drizzle over potatoes.
  6. Squeeze around one cup (or more) over potatoes. I just eyeball this as not to have to measure and scrape a cup out lol

  8. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese on
  9. Sprinkle with black pepper.
  10. Cover with aluminum foil

Bake at 425 degree for 25 minutes and remove foil

Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is nice a toasty looking.
  11. ENJOY!!
