This is just a made-up quick twist to my regular potatoes and onions that I fry in vegetable oil. My husband is my best critic and he is actually a great cook too!

3-4 mdRusset potatoes
1 dashgarlic powder
1 1/2-2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make olive oil stir fry potatoes and onions
1Peel, wash, and cut potatoes in thin slices.
2Peel onion and cut an onion into thin slices.
3Heat olive oil and add potatoes and onions. Sautee until potatoes and onions are nearly done. Sprinkle seasonings and continue to cook. Press spatula and see if potatoes are soft. When soft take up and serve. This goes great with grilled meat and baked meat.
