How to Make O'Brien Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook potatoes (with their jackets on) until just done. Peel and cube and put into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Add the next 4 ingredients - toss potatoes to coat well, and bake at 450(degrees) for 1 hr.
