This sweet potatoes casserole is yummy. Good side dish for Thanks giving dinner

Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    sweet potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How to Make NO MESS SWEET POTATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 deg. Peel sweet potatoes and slice 1/4 inch thick
  2. Shake flour in a large size Reynolds oven bag. Set aside
    Add brown sugar, orange juice and peel, and nutmeg to oven bag. Add sweet potatoes and turn bag to coat potatoes with mixture.
  3. Arrange potatoes in an even layer in bag and top with butter. Close bag and tie then cut 6 1/2 inch slits on top.
    Put bag in pan and bake 50-55 minutes or until tender
