no-fuss sausage & potato bake
I clipped this from a magazine several years ago and adopted it as an easy dish to put together and pop into the oven while you relax or take care of other things. Very tasty, too!

Ingredients
- 2 packages brown & serve sausage patties or links
- 3 1/2 cups frozen potatoes o'brien
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 5 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make no-fuss sausage & potato bake

Step 1Cut the sausage links into slices, or patties into quarters. Stir together all ingredients in large bowl. Pour mixture into an 11x7x2" greased baking dish.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 3Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
