Ingredients
- 1 package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Butter, Melted
- 1 1/2 cups Corn Flakes, Coarsely Crushed
- 2 tablespoons Butter, Melted
How To Make nicely cheesy hash browns casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2-quart glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. If doubling the recipe, use a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2In large bowl combine hash browns with the next 5 ingredients; mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish.

Step 3In small bowl stir together the corn flakes and 2 Tbls. melted butter. Spread topping evenly over hash browns.

Step 4Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
