THIS IS A RECIPE THAT I MADE UP WHEN I GOT SOME POTATOES FROM THE COUNTRY I HAD SO MANY AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM ,I GAVE A LOT OF THEM AWAY!

  • 1 pound velvetta cheese ,shredded
  • 1 pound new red potatoes (very small ones)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • - green onions & tops
  • 1 cup eveporated milk +1/2 cup water
  • - chives

How To Make new potatoes a la fannie

  • Step 1
    BOIL NEW POTATOES UNTIL ALMOST DONE ,COOL; CUT IN HALF AND PLACE IN A CASSEROLE DISH ,POUR MILK & WATER OVER THIS
  • Step 2
    SAUTE GREEN ONIONS AND TOPS & PARSLEY IN BUTTER, POUR OVER POTATOES AND BAKE IN 375* OVEN UNTIL POTATOES ARE DONE:SPRINKLE TOP OF POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM ,CHEESE & CHIVES
