    velvetta cheese ,shredded
  • 1 lb
    new red potatoes (very small ones)
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • green onions & tops
  • 1 c
    eveporated milk +1/2 cup water
  • chives

    BOIL NEW POTATOES UNTIL ALMOST DONE ,COOL; CUT IN HALF AND PLACE IN A CASSEROLE DISH ,POUR MILK & WATER OVER THIS

    SAUTE GREEN ONIONS AND TOPS & PARSLEY IN BUTTER, POUR OVER POTATOES AND BAKE IN 375* OVEN UNTIL POTATOES ARE DONE:SPRINKLE TOP OF POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM ,CHEESE & CHIVES
