Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes
- 1/2 large onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
How To Make my roasted potatoes with onions

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Peel and dice potatoes. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Step 3Slice the onion and place it in the mixing bowl with the potatoes.

Step 4Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss until everything is coated.

Step 5Add the spices to the mixture. Toss until well coated.

Step 6Drizzle just a small amount of vinegar into the mix and stir well.

Step 7Add the mix to the baking sheet.

Step 8Bake at least 45 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are golden, tender, and onions caramelize.
