My family loves these potatoes! My twist is the vinegar. It lends a very different flavor yet compliments the potatoes so well.

Ingredients For my roasted potatoes with onions

  • peeled and cubed potatoes
  • sliced onions
  • italian seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • sea salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • olive oil
  • vinegar

How To Make my roasted potatoes with onions

    Pre heat oven to 375
  • 2
    Toss all ingredients except vinegar in a mixing bowl to coat generously.Be sure to season well and salt well. If a certain spice is a favorite, add it in!

    drizzle just a small amount of vinegar to the mix and stir well.

    Add mix to baking sheet and bake at least 45 minutes stirring once, until potatoes are golden, tender and onions caramelize.
