my baked tater cassarole
I had to make these for My Friends Wedding because she wanted them. Took me 50#'s of Taters and equal the rest ingredients. The Caterers where in Love with Them. Enjoy Y'all. Muah

Ingredients
- 1 bag your favorite taters
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash onion powder
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 package your favorite cheese
- 1 package bacon or deer suasage
- 1 cup chopped green onions
How To Make my baked tater cassarole

Step 1Wash and cut taters in big cubes and boil. But not to Death. Lol

Step 2Drain them and put them back into pot and put back on same but Turned OFF burner. This dries the moister out.

Step 3Then add Butter and Sour Cream. As much as you want. Then add all seasonings as much as you want of each.

Step 4Spray your favorite Cassarole Dish with your favorite spray. Then dump all mixed up Taters in it.

Step 5Cook Bacon or Deer Sausage while Taters Boil. Let cool and crumble.

Step 6Place Bacon or Sausage on Taters then Cover with Your Favorite Cheese as much as You want.

Step 7Bake 350° until cheese is melted and bubbly and I like a little Golden Brown. Not much.

Step 8Remove and I Add Chopped Green Onions and Serve.
