My Applesauce Sweet Potato Bake

Norma DeRemer

I made these for our dinner last night and we both liked them very much. They were easy to put together and didn't take long to bake. These are a keeper for me and my sweetheart.

9For a shortcut: use one can (18 ounce) vacuum-packed sweet potatoes, cut lengthwise in half instead of fresh sweet potatoes.
