my anytime fried potatoes
My family absolutely loves these fried potatoes. They request them all the time for breakfast. I love them anytime. They are quick easy and delicious. Your tummy will thank you, but your waistline may not. LOL...Cooking with passion, ENJOY! sw:)

Ingredients
- 4 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4-5 slices bacon, sliced & cooked**keep reserved fat**
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2-1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning salt**i used everglades**
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper pepper**more or less**
How To Make my anytime fried potatoes

Step 1add reserve fat to a large medium heated skillet. toss in onions, cook until onions are translucent

Step 2add potatoes and remaining ingredients. mix well. ensure that all slices of potatoes are evenly coated.

Step 3cover. gently flip potatoes to brown and cover skillet. repeat. potatoes are done when fork tender. this will take 10-12 minutes.

Step 4plate up and enjoy!
