Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • - grated onion or finely chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheese, chedar
  • - salt (use less because soup has a lot of salt) and pepper to taste

How To Make mo's jackson spuds

  • Step 1
    Oven: 350 degrees Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Top with parmigian cheese
