  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  Coat 3 qt dish with cooking spray.

  Whisk milk, eggs & 1 C cottage cheese, set aside. Set aside 2 C tater tots.

  Mix together remaining ingredients & tater tots in egg mixture. Add vegetables, mix well. Pour in dish. Top with 2 C reserved tater tots & cheese. Bake 45 minutes or until golden.
