I had never eaten sweet potato casserole until my daughter in law ask me to make one for her family's Thanksgiving dinner about 4 years ago.I found several recipes for it and decided on one.I made one for my family and I now I make one every holiday.I love it.

- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 stick margarine,melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 stick margarine
How To Make mom's sweet potato cassserole

Step 1Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a sprayed casserole dish.

Step 2Mix the last 4 ingredients together.Put on top of the potato mixture and bake for 40 minutes.
