  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1 - leek, cleaned & chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup milk, warmed
  • - salt & pepper, to taste

How To Make *** mom's rosemary-leek mashed potatoes ***

  • Step 1
    Boil potatoes 15 minutes. Drain. Mash.
  • Step 2
    Skillet cook leek & rosemary in butter, 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir sauted leek mixture, warm milk, salt & pepper into mashed potatoes; mix well.
