  • 2 lb
    hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    cream
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c
    corn flakes
  • pinch
    paprika

How to Make Mom's Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onions soup, sour cream and cheese together; spread into greased 9x13" pan.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup butter with corn flakes, sprinkle over potatoes; sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
