- 1 - 14 oz. cans potatoes, sliced & drained
- 1/4 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 can black olives, sliced, drained
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper

Step 1In a large bowl, combine 1st 6 ingredients.

Step 2In another bowl, combine mayo, mustard, garlic powder, salt & pepper; mix well. Drizzle over potato mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
