mom's famous mashed potatoes
This recipe I pretty much decided on from seeing other recipes for mashed potatoes and decided I'd tweet them all and add pretty much everything I personally liked! And let me tell you, they were a hit with my kids and my family. You can add more or even less of the ingredients because I pretty much do things by taste anyway, but this is basically the amount that I use. The reason I make a 5 pound bag of potatoes with a family is so I can always have the extra's for another meal during the week! ( If it lasts because my kids would take them out of the fridge and microwave just them for snack.)
