Ingredients
- 6-8 - potatoes - un-peeled
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 5 - sweet pickles - chopped
- 5 - dill pickles - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed (whole)
- 1 cup mayonaise (not salad dressing)
- 4 - hard boiled eggs - chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make mom's dutch tater salad

Step 1Boil potatoes and eggs until potatoes are tender.

Step 2Drain and let cool.

Step 3Chop other ingredients (celery, onion, pickles). Put in large bowl & mix well.

Step 4Add other ingredients (celery seed, mayonaise, sugar, salt & pepper) to bowl mixture.

Step 5Peel potatoes and eggs. (The skin on the potatoes should peel off easily.)

Step 6Chop potatoes into 1/4 in squares.

Step 7Chop eggs and add potatoes and eggs to bowl mixture.

Step 8Mix well with your hands, then chill the mixture.
