  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cubes
  • 6 - carrots
  • 4 - potatoes, chunks
  • 1 - green pepper, chunks
  • 5 - celery, chunks
  • 1 - onion, diced
  • 2 cups v-8 juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How To Make *** mom's 5 hour no-peek beef stew ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients. Cover tightly. Bake for 5 hours & remember no peeking.
