How to Make Mini Steak & Tatoe Dinner
- Frist chop the meat, potaotes & onions. Place each in 3 medium bowls & set aside. Heat a lrage frying pan over medium heat with some E.V.O.O.
- Next add in the onions to cook for about 5 mins. Then add in the potaotes to cook for about 5 mins. Then add in the meat to cook for about another 5 to 10 mins. Add in the salt, pepper & bay leaf as you add in each time.
- Then serve over freshly cooked rice.
