Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes for mashing
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1/4 cup cheddar optional
- MEATLOAF CUPCAKES
- 1 pound turkey burger
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 - foil cupcake liners
How To Make meat loaf cupcakes with mashed potato frosting

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Peel and chop into small cubes 2 large potatoes and boil until tender.

Step 3Mix together all the ingredients for meatloaf and line a cup cake pan with FOIL cup cake liners. Fill liners with meat mixture Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Step 4Drain potato's and mash. Add butter,cream,shredded cheddar,and salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped chives

Step 5Pipe the mashed potatoes onto the meatloaf cupcakes.
