    potatoes for mashing
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    cream
  • 1/4 c
    chives
  • 1/4 c
    cheddar optional
  • MEATLOAF CUPCAKES
  • 1 lb
    turkey burger
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    diced onion
  • 1/4 c
    diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 6
    foil cupcake liners

How To Make meat loaf cupcakes with mashed potato frosting

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Peel and chop into small cubes 2 large potatoes and boil until tender.

    Mix together all the ingredients for meatloaf and line a cup cake pan with FOIL cup cake liners. Fill liners with meat mixture Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

    Drain potato's and mash. Add butter,cream,shredded cheddar,and salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped chives

    Pipe the mashed potatoes onto the meatloaf cupcakes.
