Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    onions, chopped
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    oatmeal, uncooked or crackers, crushed
  • 1 c
    canned milk
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    catsup
  • COMBINE ABOVE AND SET ASIDE

  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    parsley flakes
  • 3-4
    potatoes, sliced
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Meat and Potato Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. 1.In 9x13 pan arrange 1 chopped onion, parsley flakes and raw potato slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a bowl have combined meatloaf ingredients, mix well and spread evenly over potatoes clear to edge of pan to seal.
  3. 3. Bake at 375* for 1/2 an hour, then pour a thin layer of catsup over meat mixture and continue baking until done, approx. 1 hour.
    4. Serve with a salad and rolls, Yummy for your tummys. enjoy
