I love to experiment and add new things to recipes to make them great! These are hearty, filling and amazing as leftovers!!

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, mashed
1/2 cup alfredo sauce
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cup of spinach, frozen
4 slices bacon, crumbled

How To Make mcclure mashed potatoes

Step 1

Make your potatoes as you normally would. Mix Alfredo sauce with butter into potatoes. Mix in sour cream and bacon.

Step 2

Cook spinach until wilted. Add to potatoes.
Step 3

Mix all together well and serve hot. Great alongside chicken or steak. Enjoy!
