- SWEET POTATOES
- 6 large sweet potatoes peeled
- 3 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper
- PECAN MARSHMALLOW GRAVY
- 1 cup marshmallow cream (fluff)
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make mashed sweet potatoes with pecan marshmallow gravy

Step 1cube the sweet potatoes and place in boiling salted water and cook until tender. Drain. Mash or put through a ricer. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Mix the marshmallow cream and heavy cream together and microwave about 30 seconds.

Step 3Sprinkle some pecans over the mashed sweet potatoes and drizzle the marshmallow gravy over top
