6 largesweet potatoes peeled

PECAN MARSHMALLOW GRAVY
1 cmarshmallow cream (fluff)
4 Tbspheavy cream
1/2 cchopped pecans
How to Make Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Pecan Marshmallow Gravy
- cube the sweet potatoes and place in boiling salted water and cook until tender. Drain. Mash or put through a ricer. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the marshmallow cream and heavy cream together and microwave about 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle some pecans over the mashed sweet potatoes and drizzle the marshmallow gravy over top
