- 1 1/4 pounds potatoes peeled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces boursin garlic and herb cheese at room temp
- salt & pepper
- cream or milk if needed

Step 1Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until soft. Drain and put through a ricer. Stir in the butter and cheese until creamy. If you need a little milk or cream to reach the right consistency add it now. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
