  • 6 large
    red skin potatoes peeled
  • 4 Tbsp
  • ·
    heavy cream to make desired consistency
  • ·
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano shredded
  • ·
    butter and black pepper for serving

How to Make Mashed Potatoes Parmigiano


  1. Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until soft. Place the butter and cheese in a bowl. Drain the potatoes and run them through a ricer on top of the butter & cheese.
  2. Add heavy cream and stir until desired consistency. Add salt to taste. When creamy serve with butter and some cracked black pepper
