Mashed Potatoes Parmigiano
6 largered skin potatoes peeled
·heavy cream to make desired consistency
1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano shredded
·butter and black pepper for serving
How to Make Mashed Potatoes Parmigiano
- Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until soft. Place the butter and cheese in a bowl. Drain the potatoes and run them through a ricer on top of the butter & cheese.
- Add heavy cream and stir until desired consistency. Add salt to taste. When creamy serve with butter and some cracked black pepper
