- 6 large red skin potatoes peeled
- 4 tablespoons butter
- heavy cream to make desired consistency
- salt
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano shredded
- butter and black pepper for serving
How To Make mashed potatoes parmigiano

Step 1Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until soft. Place the butter and cheese in a bowl. Drain the potatoes and run them through a ricer on top of the butter & cheese.

Step 2Add heavy cream and stir until desired consistency. Add salt to taste. When creamy serve with butter and some cracked black pepper
