  • 6 lg
    red skin potatoes peeled
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • heavy cream to make desired consistency
  • salt
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano shredded
  • butter and black pepper for serving

How To Make mashed potatoes parmigiano

    Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until soft. Place the butter and cheese in a bowl. Drain the potatoes and run them through a ricer on top of the butter & cheese.

    Add heavy cream and stir until desired consistency. Add salt to taste. When creamy serve with butter and some cracked black pepper
