Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs - potatoes, washed, peeled and cut in chunks,
- 1/4 C - butter
- 1 -2Tbs - cream cheese
- 1/4 C - milk
- 2 Tbs - real bacon bits
- 1/2 C - colby -jack cheese shreded
- 2 Tbs - montreal steak seasoning
- - additional salt to taste, & pepper
How To Make mashed potatoes montreal by freda

Step 1In a large Pot, add Potatoes cover with salted water Bring to Boil, then reduce heat to Med. Cook til fork tender, about 20 min. Drain.

Step 2Mash Potatoes, with potato Masher. Add Butter, & cream cheese. Stir in the Milk, bacon bits, Cheese and steak seasoning. Season to taste. Serve HOT with your favorite Main dish. Garnish with More Colby-Jack cheese if you prefer.
