Ingredients
- 3 pounds russett potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make mashed potatoes

Step 1Peal and dice potatoes.

Step 2Place in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 3Lower heat to medium. Cover and boil about 15 minutes or until tender.

Step 4Pour into a colander to drain well.

Step 5Melt butter in microwave. Place potatoes, butter, milk and salt in a mixing bowl.

Step 6Use a blender to mix well. Serve immediately.
