- 2 cups homemade mash potatoes
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- - garlic powder to taste
- pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 can french fried onions
How To Make mashed potato souffle

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 2 cups mash potatoes. In large bowl beat potatoes,cream cheese,and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix. Bake uncovered in casserole dish. After baking for 15 minutes, sprinkle with fried onion rings. Continue baking for 15 minutes.
