2 pkgcream cheese, 3oz each
1 cdairy sour cream
2 tsponion salt
1 pinchwhite pepper
How to Make Mashed potato Casserole
- cook peeled potatoes in salted water until tender.
Drain. mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Let Cool slightly.
place in a large greased casserole or souffle dish.
dot with more butter or if desired use buttered
crumbs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- To serve, remove about an hour before dinner and bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
