Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes
- 2 packages cream cheese, 3oz each
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make mashed potato casserole

Step 1cook peeled potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain. mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Let Cool slightly. place in a large greased casserole or souffle dish. dot with more butter or if desired use buttered crumbs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Step 2To serve, remove about an hour before dinner and bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
