Ingredients

5 - idaho potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/2 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 cup cheese, shredded ( of choice)
- salt/pepper to taste

How To Make mashed potato casserole

Step 1

wash & boil the potatoes about 20 mins... till fork tender

Step 2

drain and set aside to cool, then peel
Step 3

mash with all the ingredients (except, the cheese)
Step 4

place in a casserole dish, top with the shredded cheese, bake at 350 degrees about 15 mins. till cheese bubbles...let cool before serving....YUM
