Ingredients

  • 10 - potatoes, peeled
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • - onion, chopped
  • - butter, melted
  • - paprika

How To Make mashed potato casserole

  • Step 1
    In a large soup pot boil the potatoes; drain, season and mash the potatoes.
  • Step 2
    Add the sour cream, cream cheese and onion and mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Place in a 2 quart casserole dish and allow to cool; cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Step 4
    Top with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Step 5
    Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
