Ingredients
- 10 - potatoes, peeled
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- - onion, chopped
- - butter, melted
- - paprika
How To Make mashed potato casserole

Step 1In a large soup pot boil the potatoes; drain, season and mash the potatoes.

Step 2Add the sour cream, cream cheese and onion and mix thoroughly.

Step 3Place in a 2 quart casserole dish and allow to cool; cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 4Top with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Step 5Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes.
