7-10 mediumred taters cut into fourths
1 can(s)evaporated milk
1-2 tspchilli powder
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Mash taters my way
- Bring taters to a boil over med high heat and cook until fork tender.Drain, do not rinse.
- Put butter into hot pot and dump taters on top. Hand mash and add evaporated milk at this point you can either continue to hand mash or use a mixer for fluffier taters.Add some regular milk if it is to thick.
- Add chilli powder and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
