Ingredients

3 cups sweet potatoes, baked and mashed
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 - egg, well beaten
1 cup miniature marshmallows

How To Make marshmallow sweet potato casserole

Step 1

Combine the sweet potatoes, butter. milk, salt, and marshmallow cream.

Step 2

Beat in the egg.
Step 3

Pour the sweet potato mixture into a baking dish prepared with nonstick spray.
Step 4

Bake the sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 5

Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over the top of the sweet potatoes after the dish is cooked. Place back in oven and broil until brown.
