I wanted to share a few sandwich's I like to eat. I have used to eat them a lot as a kid. Simple and easy to make. Taste Great.

Pan Fry



  • 2 slice
    bread (i use soft white)
  • 1 tsp
    butter soft
  • 1 tsp

  • 2 slice
    bread ( i use soft white)
  • ·
    lettuce ( i used head lettice)
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 pinch
    each of salt and pepper

  • 2 slice
    toast ( i used a soft white. lightly cooked)
  • 1
    frying pan
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 medium
  • 3 pinch
    kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper ( i use fresh ground)
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    real butter
  • ·
  • ·
    hot sauce
  • 1

How to Make Marie's Simple Sandwich's


  1. First for sugar sandwich you will need Two soft pieces of bread. Butter each side with soft butter and then sprinkle the sugar on the butter and place one piece of bread on top of the other. Cut and eat. Simple.
  2. Mayo/Lettuce Sandwich is two soft pieces of white bread. Spread Mayo on both sides. Add a few leaves of the head lettuce and salt and pepper to taste. Place one piece on the other cut and eat. Simple
  3. Fried Egg and Potato Sandwich
  4. Heat up your frying pan with the margarine and Crisco
  5. Your choice if you want to peel the potatoes. I do and then I do not. does not make any difference. Cut the potato in med size pieces. Try to keep them all the same size.
  6. Cook them a little while in your pan then add Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Paprika. Cook them until they are a golden brown. Or to your liking.,
  7. Cook up two slices of toast
  8. Spread Butter, Ketchup and Hot sauce on the toast. Both sides.
  9. Melt a little butter in a pan and Fry up your egg. Flip and break the yoke.
  10. Place the fried potato on to your toast on both sides if you would like. Then top it with your fried egg. place the toast on top of one another and cut. Eat and enjoy.
