Ingredients
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 cups apple cider
- 2 cups water
- 4 ounces butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- salt
How To Make maple whipped sweet potatoes

Step 1Combine the apple cider and water and bring to a boil. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until soft about 35 minutes. Drain

Step 2Melt the butter in the same pan and add the maple syrup. Add the sweet potatoes and stir to combine.

Step 3Add the potatoes to a food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt and serve with butter.
