large russet potatoes
4 oz
sour cream
1/2 c
ranch dressing
8 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg
green onions sliced
1 pkg
real bacon pieces (found in the salad topping section)
4 Tbsp

How to Make Loaded twice baked potatoes


  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2Clean and wash potatoes
  • 3using a knife or fork poke holes in potatoes and place in microwave and bake (times may vary depending on microwaves)
  • 4Once potatoes are cooked all the way through cut each potato in half length ways. and using a small spoon scrape meat out of the center leaving about 1/4 inch of flesh (this will be the bowl)and place meat into a mixing bowl.
  • 5using an electric hand mixer turn potato meat into mashed potatoes.
  • 6once potatoes are mashed add sour cream, butter , ranch, bacon, and half of the cheese. mix well .
  • 7Fill a gallon sized freezer bag with the filling and cut the corner off of bag( this is the easiest way to fill potato shells)
  • 8Fill potato shells and place in a baking dish.
  • 9Once all shells are filled smooth out filling and top each shell with cheese.
  • 10Bake in oven until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
