Ingredients
- 4 - large russet potatoes
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package green onions sliced
- 1 package real bacon pieces (found in the salad topping section)
- 4 tablespoons margarine
How To Make loaded twice baked potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Clean and wash potatoes

Step 3using a knife or fork poke holes in potatoes and place in microwave and bake (times may vary depending on microwaves)

Step 4Once potatoes are cooked all the way through cut each potato in half length ways. and using a small spoon scrape meat out of the center leaving about 1/4 inch of flesh (this will be the bowl)and place meat into a mixing bowl.

Step 5using an electric hand mixer turn potato meat into mashed potatoes.

Step 6once potatoes are mashed add sour cream, butter , ranch, bacon, and half of the cheese. mix well .

Step 7Fill a gallon sized freezer bag with the filling and cut the corner off of bag( this is the easiest way to fill potato shells)

Step 8Fill potato shells and place in a baking dish.

Step 9Once all shells are filled smooth out filling and top each shell with cheese.

Step 10Bake in oven until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
