Ingredients
- 1 (2lb) pound frozen diced potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 sticks butter
- 1 - chopped onion
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 - cooked, drained bacon crumbles
- 2 cups corn flake crumbs
How To Make loaded potatoe casserole

Step 1Thaw potatoes; mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Save some of the cheese for the top. Put in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese and corn flakes crumbs on top, melt the butter and pour on top. Bake 40 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
