Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chives, dried
- - salt & pepper
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 jar hormel bacon pieces
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make loaded poatoes

Step 1Peel, cube, and boil potatoes in salted water untill tender. Drain.

Step 2In large mixing bowl, place potatoes, milk,butter, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder,onion powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Combine well.

Step 3Place potatoe mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Top with Chedder cheese, then with bacon. At this point you can store in the refigeratorfor 24 hours.

Step 4When ready to bake, take out of refrigerator, and come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes till warm and cheese melts.
